Delivery, Exchange & Returns Policy

Ring Size Exchanges

We are more than happy to offer a free exchange of ring sizes to help you find the right fit. We do request that you pay the postage costs in both directions for this.

Processing times for exchanges take 1 week, sometimes longer in busy periods. If this is too long you may purchase the ring in your required size and return the original for a refund.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and send them out by Royal Mail 48 Tracked to the UK only at present. For international orders please see our Etsy shop: www.royalmilesilver.etsy.com

Delivery is FREE to all UK addresses unless stated otherwise on the item (some very large rings require a small parcel postage and this costs £4).

UPGRADE – If you require faster shipment you can choose Tracked 24 at the checkout for £4 for faster delivery.

Refunds

Changed Mind

If you no longer want your item we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so long as the item is unused and in original packaging. There are some exclusions for hygiene reasons – all studs and earrings.

Please please contact us via email () so we can process your refund, we aim to get back to you within 5 working days.

Once received we will process the refund to your original payment method – monies can take up to 5 working days to show back in your account.

Wrong Item Received/ Faulty Item

If the item is faulty in any way, or not what you ordered, we, of course, will refund or replace up to 60 days (to allow for gifting). We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items damaged by accident, mishandling or misuse.

All returns/exchanges for wrong or faulty items are free of charge and via our returns portal which will give you a 48 hours return label. Please contact us by email and we will forward the link:

Refunds to your original payment method can take up to 5 working days.

If you require a replacement item, we will re-send it via Royal Mail First Class (24 Hours) on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Exchanges of faulty items take up to 1 week.

We can only refund the method you used to pay for the goods.

International Orders

If you are based outside of the UK please visit our Etsy store to purchase our items. Our full catalogue is available on our Etsy shop and the marketplace deals with all international sales tax requirements.
