I have a pair of denim Dickies from this same line of overalls that fit just fine. The large in both the pink and green are at least 1/2 size to full size smaller than those and while they look okay standing up, I honestly can't sit in them as the waist area is so small. The denim pair is made in a different country than these two and I'm not sure if that accounts for the issues or not. Got some XLs to try and they are enormous. I suspect Dickies needs to do a better job with quality control and it's a shame when customers trust a brand and the quality and sizing are this inconsistent. I'm 5'9", 174# and have a 32" inseam. Length was the only thing that was okay about these for me.

I wanted to like these so much

They're so cute but I have thick thighs and they fit too big every where but the 5 inch band around the top of my thighs where theyre too tight and restrict movement everywhere else. Can't bent over, can't stretch out. I'm 5'7 maybe 175 and ordered a size large.

I got the Rinsed Moss Green, and I loved everything about it, except... that the legs are way way too long... oh my goodness they are really long for a XS size. I am 5' 4" and 125 lbs. I think the legs are a little bit too too large but that didn't bordered me. I have decide to keep it just because I don't want to pay to return. I will try to ham the legs, what it is a shame, because it won't look like the same. If you are a short person like me, don't buy it. But if you are tall go for it!!

I agree with other reviewers that the torso is short - and I'm only 5' 4". They were also quite large, very long legs. I wanted to love them because of the color, but they didn't work for my body shape and size.

I wanted to love these overalls, they are super cute. However, I have a longer torso and they are too short through this area. Would not recommend for taller builds.

Forget it if your 5' ft or shorter

I'm 5'ft, and this is way too long sadly. When I tried to roll, it just looked like I had two floaties on my legs. On the positive side, the color was like the photos, and the material felt thick.

I purchased the rinsed ash rose and the color is beautiful. I took one star off because the sizing isn't perfect. Overall (no pun intended) I'm in agreement with the other reviews that say it runs big for its size. I normally wear a medium and sized down. It's a wider fit and the pants are long. The biggest issue for me lies the seam in the crotch. It definitely gives no personal space so I had to adjust the straps to the loosest setting, otherwise my lady parts will be uncomfortably smothered from any oxygen. If the overall fit wasn't large in general, I'd size up, but I think it would be way too bagy/boxy and the pants would be too long. I'm keeping them, I'm just gonna have to wear them fully extended.

As someone who is 5'10, I'm no stranger to awkward sizing so this came as no surprise when I bought it but I am completely in love! I got the medium and I found that the waist was a little too loose so I just had to buy some of those button pins from amazon to tighten the side buttons. Since doing that, it fits perfectly! Long enough for my legs which I absolutely love. Definitely obsessed!

I tend to wear a medium in most clothing so I ordered a medium, figuring I'd be swimming in a large. They fit great, except in the torso. I've adjusted the straps as far as they'll go and I still get a little "wedgie" during certain movements. I'm torn about whether to keep them because otherwise these would be great for working in the yard and other messy activities, but the comfort isn't always there for me (I keep trying them on to test out by doing squats and reaching above my head). Great quality for the price; I could just use a bit more length in the adjustable straps to make them perfect.

These are cute but run HUGE!!! I followed the chart (which made a L the appropriate size--I should have known better as I never wear a L but followed chart) and they are so big I could put another person in there with me. Sad that I couldn't get a free exchange and had to pay return shipping plus lose all of the discounts that I used to buy the first pair. :(
